Consent to personal data processing

This is an English translation for convenience. The consent is governed by Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”; in case of discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
By ticking “I give my consent to personal data processing” when registering with Stories AR PRO (pro.stories-ar.com) or completing my profile, I, the data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give AR STUDIO LLC (INN 1655421202, OGRN 1191690061034, address: 54 Tatarstan St., apt. 18, Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, 420021, Russia) — the “Operator” — my consent to process my personal data on the terms below.
1. Operator

2. Data
Full name; email address; phone number; professional field; country; IP address; device and browser details (device type, operating system, device identifier); plan, payment and balance details; contents of support requests.
3. Purposes
- Registering and maintaining the account, providing access to the service.
- Performing the agreement (offer): creating and storing AR albums, issuing QR codes, billing and tracking subscriptions and packages.
- Contacting me about the service and providing technical support.
- Keeping the account secure and preventing unauthorised access.
- Meeting the Operator’s legal obligations.
Marketing and newsletter emails are not covered by this consent — they require a separate, optional consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are enabled only by choice in the cookie banner.
4. Processing operations
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without automated means.
5. Transfer to third parties
I consent to the Operator engaging the following parties to process my personal data for the purposes in section 3:

I consent to the cross-border transfer of my personal data to these parties to the extent needed for these services to work, in compliance with Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Account data is first recorded on servers in Russia.
6. Duration and withdrawal
This consent is valid from the day it is given until it is withdrawn.
I can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@stories-ar.com or by deleting my account in the profile. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within 30 days, except data processed on other legal grounds under Part 2 of Article 9 and Article 21 of 152-FZ (in particular, accounting and tax records).
The service cannot be provided without this data, so withdrawing consent ends access to the service.
7. Confirmation
I confirm that I have read the Privacy policy, that the data I provide is my own, and that my rights as a data subject under Article 14 of 152-FZ and how to exercise them have been explained to me.
The Operator records the fact of consent with the date, time, IP address and edition of this text.
