Now there’s no need to upload a mask separately for each pair of AR photos. Upload masks in batch mode.
If you have no idea what we’re talking about, what masks!? Let us explain. With this tool, you can animate photos in any shape (heart/oval/any custom shape). Learn more about how the mask tool works.
We analyzed the user experience and decided to remove the verification screen so you can create your animated photos even faster.
Check the box: «Do not show again» in the pop-up window if you understand that after pressing the «Create» button, your files will immediately go into processing. This will further speed up the creation process.
This update is relevant for those who have just purchased a license and don’t understand why they activated the photo in PRO, but the watermark is still present. That’s why we added a small mention during activation that you need to clear the app cache to remove the watermark. Read more about it here!
1 — Fixed the issue with incorrect QR codes.
Stories AR has experienced such a surge in QR code creation that it became common for several people to create codes within the same millisecond. The system would glitch. We fixed this. Now everything works smoothly!
2 — Added filenames of uploaded files in batch upload.
In our last February update, we mentioned that we added file name display, but it only worked for individual uploads. Now when you upload files in batches, you can also see the names of the uploaded files. Quite convenient!

For us, the most important thing is the feedback from users. Based on your feedback, we are improving our product with you. Below, we will share some small updates to the platform’s work.
Small updates in design:
1 — Displaying file names when uploading. Now you can track file names. This is needed, for example, when you have uploaded many similar files.
2 — Clickable statuses. Statuses look like buttons, but they were not clickable before. Now you can click on the status and go to editing with one click.
3 — Increased the number of characters in file names.
4 — For perfectionists. Moved the block for creating the first pair. now in the center 🙂
We also fixed a couple of bugs:
1 — There was a problem with slow file upload due to the large size of the file preview. We fixed it.
2 — Fixed the correct change of File status information. How it worked BEFORE: You are on the page of your AR photo in the «processing» status. Then you go to the screen to create a new AR photo and you also see the «processing» status, even though you have just started creating a new one. Fixed.

Before making the platform update we interviewed more than 300 current partners. We figured out all the shortcomings and expectations and set the goal: «For every partner to spend minimum resources/time on implementation of augmented reality and earn more. We made a new design focusing on simplicity and speed. Fewer clicks, more AR.
2 — Bulk/package uploads.
Doing small orders? Take advantage of piece-by-piece file uploading. And if you’re doing albums or making art objects, number your files and upload with batch upload. You can also now simply drag and drop files into the upload area
3 — File Upload Process.
See how long there is left to upload files? Perfect. We also optimized the upload process at this stage and increased the download speed by 2 times.
4 — Previews for Photos and Videos
Now you can see what files you have uploaded to PRO. It has become easier to navigate through the uploaded files.
5 — Adding a mask/link/text on one screen.
Now you don’t need to go to a separate page to add text and links. Add them right as you upload your photo and video files.
6 — Search and sorting
You asked for it — we did it. Instant search, without reloading the page. Find files by title in the search. Also sort by paid and test files.
7 — File editing.

a) Enable and disable AR photo playback
This tool will be useful if you are taking AR photos on loan or for a period of time. Let’s say you have sold leaflets that come to life and you only need the photo to work for 3 months, after this time has passed, you can turn off the photo without deleting it, that is, you still have the QR code, but the photo does not come to life. It is also possible to disable the photos that you have not been paid for for some reason.
b) Deletion of AR photos
You can now easily delete your photos coming to life from your SAP cabinet. Important! After deletion, your AR photos will no longer work.
